Room with walk in closet available in Barlow, Oregon For Sale

This is a 10x10 room with a 3x7 walk in closet. There is a locking door handle on the door of the room. Bathroom is shared, and use of the kitchen is available also. We have a quiet home, but you must love dogs and a cat. It is myself and my child, and another roommate.
Utilities are included, WiFi is also included. We do not have cable but you can order it for yourself in your room if it is something you desire. No drugs, smoking is permitted outside on the covered porch, no drinking is preferred, or very little. My other roommate drinks some, but keeps to himself in his room, and with a child in my home, I prefer that kind of behavior.
My child is a borderline adult and has other teens in and out playing video games and such, so being comfortable with the kids being around is important as well. We are very family oriented and friendly, and would love to know more about you if your interested in joining our community home.
